2. Shop returns: How to proceed for shop returns?
All new Pecunia products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for two years from date of purchase (the date on your invoice). If you need technical support, please refer to the printed material that was delivered with your product for your local contact information. Pecunia provides a telephone support service for Pecunia products, which you purchase from the Pecunia Store. The service is available for 100 days from the date of your purchase.
2. Shop returns: How to proceed for shop returns?
If you have purchased product(s) online at Pecunia Store and want to return them to us, you must inform us within 10 working days after the date of receipt of the delivery. However, you may NOT return the following: a) Products that have been made to your specification or ones that have been clearly personalised b) Damaged products as a result of improper use We recommend that you return products in their original packaging. You must include all accessories, user manuals and any free gifts that came with the product. Where a product has been purchased as a part of a package of products, all products within that package must be returned. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the products are kept safe and secure while they are in your possession. Please treat the products with reasonable care and return them in a condition that they were delivered to you. Please package the products securely. We suggest you use a traceable and insured delivery agent to return the products to us. If we do not receive all the products from you we may arrange to collect the products from you, at your cost. Once products are returned to Pecunia, we will issue a full refund for the price of the product(s) to your original payment method. The refund will not include delivery costs.
3. Shop returns: what should I be aware of?
We would kindly like to ask you to pay attention to the following points in order to treat your return as quick and as good as possible:
Please send the goods back in the original packaging (incl. accessories).

If you have been delivered by a shipping company (not GLS, DHL, DPD etc.), please inform our customer service. Thus, we will be able to organize the back-transport.
4. Shop returns: what could be the consequences?
In case of a shop return both sides will reedeem all potentially given advantages. If there is any loss in value regarding the products, Pecunia may ask for damages.
