Precise product description (e. g. Pecunia PC 800)
Serial number of your product (if available)
Client number and invoice number (if available)
You only have to pay the normal costs for a phone call by calling our customer service. Phone costs depend on your telecommunication company. Please ask your provider in case of interest.
