If any technical problems occurs with your Pecunia product, we will ask for further information during the phone call. Please provide the following information:


  • Precise product description (e. g. Pecunia PC 800)
  • Serial number of your product (if available)
  • Client number and invoice number (if available)

    • You only have to pay the normal costs for a phone call by calling our customer service. Phone costs depend on your telecommunication company. Please ask your provider in case of interest.
