You are able to recognize certified counterfeit detection products by the 100% symbol on the correspondant product page. The certification is issued by the European Central Bank (ECB) for Euro detection. It confirms the detection of counterfeit Euro banknotes of 100%.

2. Orders within the European Union: Is it possible to order goods without value added tax as far as I have a valid value added tax number?

Yes, if you place your order out of a member country of the European Union. You need a valid value added tax number of VAT-free orders within the EU. Please enter your VAT number during the order procedure.

3. Shop returns: what should I be aware of?

We would kindly like to ask you to pay attention to the following points in order to treat your return as quick and as good as possible: Please send the goods back in the original packaging (incl. accessories). Please send the goods to the following adress:

5. Payment options: How can I pay in the Pecunia store?

You have the possibility to pay the goods via cash on delivery (COD), payment in advance by banking transfer or via credit card.

All of your adress data, credit card data etc. is encoded during the order procedure with Pecunia. Thus, your data is safe.
