  • The banknote counter Pecunia PC 800 WE3 has got one important feature: the value counting function. This means, that you are able to count mixed banknotes. Having finished a counting procedure, the machine will show the total value of all counted banknotes on the display (only with Euro banknotes). Of course, the PC 800 WE3 is also equipped with a threefold counterfeit detection so that false banknotes are no longer a problem. Applicable for nearly all currencies (value counting only for EUR).

  • Certified counterfeit detection

    Manufacturers of cash handling machines have got the possibility to test the counterfeit detecting functions of their devices with the European Central Bank (ECB). Therefore, the ECB provides a set of current counterfeits. If a banknote counter or counterfeit detector is able to detect all counterfeit and all authentic banknotes correctly, the ECB gives a certificate of 100% banknote detection. The results of these tests can be seen on the websites of the European Central Bank (ECB).
